Recruiting: Signposting and Guidance Volunteers

Our Signposting and Guidance programme allows us to provide practical support beyond the kit and clothing that our baby bank offers. Families have told us:

“like a lot of weight was lifted off my shoulders”

 “everything is falling into place now”

“its still a struggle, but its much better”

We are looking for volunteers to join our Signposting and Guidance programme. It’s a great opportunity to use and develop your communication skills and learn more about supporting families to access the support or advice they need in their local community. Signposting and guidance is mainly carried out over the phone, although there are some opportunities to offer face-to-face support in our London hubs (Tooting, Camden, Brent).
