We’re hiring: Network Stock Coordinator

At the heart of Little Village is the regifting of pre-loved baby equipment, clothes and toys onto other families.  We want to be a delight to donate to – making it as easy as possible for families to pass on their items. We’re looking to recruit for the new role of Network Stock Coordinator in preparation for Little Village’s next stage of growth, where we will support an increasing number of families and open new sites.

As the Network Stock Coordinator, you will take a network-wide view of our stock, both second-hand donations and new. You will liaise closely with our different hub teams to have a complete picture of the individual hub stock needs and understand how these fits into the wider London context to make efficiencies, improve stock flow and engage with the community. We will be launching a network-wide inventory management system and as the Network Stock Coordinator, you will lead the roll-out – this is an opportunity to design and introduce new processes and innovate, whilst building solid community relationships, in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.

We think that this job requires 24 hours per week, but we’re open to discussions about flexibility.

We are working towards a goal where our team fully reflects that diversity and difference in lived experiences and strongly encourage applications from under-represented groups including: people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, people with lived experience of poverty either personally or through family, experience of the care system, non-graduates and first-in-family graduates. As part of our commitment to fairer recruitment, all applications will be assessed without names and any protected characteristics.

The deadline is 14 March at 9am and all the information on the job and how to apply is here.
