The Signposting Programme is a new initiative for Little Village, and we are looking for a Signposting Lead (£25,000 FTE) who will offer quality signposting and guidance and support the development of the service.
We think that this job requires 14 hours per week (including one evening) but we’re open to discussion. This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract and will require a DBS check.
Our dream is that every child in the capital has the essential things they need to thrive, and that everyone can play a part in achieving that goal.
Are you passionate about tackling child poverty and motivated by Little Village’s values of Love, Solidarity, Thriving and Sustainability? Do you believe in our model of bringing families together to help each other? Would you enjoy working in the fast-paced environment of a small, ambitious and relatively new organisation?
We are looking for highly motivated and organised individual to join the Signposting team at Little Village. The Signposting Lead will work with the Signposting Programme Coordinator and Signposting volunteers to provide a high-quality signposting and guidance service to families we support.
We are working towards a goal where our team fully reflects that diversity and difference in lived experiences and strongly encourage applications from under-represented groups including: people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, people with lived experience of poverty either personally or through family, experience of the care system, non-graduates and first-in-family graduates. As part of our commitment to fairer recruitment, all applications will be assessed without names and any protected characteristics
The deadline is 13th October at 9am and all the information on the job and how to apply can be found here.
