Fundraise for us
Whether you want to run, trek, cycle, bake or do your own thing to raise funds for us, your support will help babies and young children stay safe, warm and clean. Every pound raised helps us to support more families through providing them with the essentials their children need to thrive.
Child poverty is rising for the first time in a generation: more than 4 in 10 children in inner London are growing up poor, and Coronavirus has locked even more families into poverty. By fundraising for us, you’ll be helping to ensure every child in London has a safe place to sleep, a warm coat to wear, a buggy, and nappies to keep clean and dry.
With many of us staying home more than ever, we’ve put together a few ideas you can do to stay connected, have fun, or try something new while helping to raise vital funds for us, even while you need to stay at home. You can create a fundraising page linked to our Virtual Village campaign here.
Set yourself a sporting challenge and get sponsored by friends and family. You can do this safely at home, maybe sponsored press ups, star jumps, or burpees or join an online aerobics class – set yourself a goal and get going!
Invite friends and family to join you for a virtual quiz night, and get teams to donate to take part . It is a great way to have fun, spend time together and raise money – the more teams the better.
Clean it up!
Help raise money by doing chores at home, get the whole family involved and earn those pounds and pennies for Little Village.
Use your time at home to go through cupboards and drawers and sell any unwanted preloved items, either through eBay or by selling to friends and family.
Challenge friends, family and neighbours to a plant growing competition. See who can grow the most impressive greenery in a set time and make a donation to take part.
