Marcia has spent over a decade building her career in Financial Services, leading relationship management and transformation programmes with a focus on FinTech at organisations including Bloomberg and BlackRock.

Her journey has evolved alongside motherhood. After the birth of her first child in 2020, Marcia stepped into a Director role at BlackRock, leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and championing more inclusive, people-first cultures at scale.

Following the arrival of her second child, Marcia took a step into the music industry — a space she has always loved — as Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Emerging Markets at Warner Music Group. She has since returned to BlackRock as a Service Transformation Lead, where she continues to bring together her passion for innovation, equity and meaningful change.

Marcia is navigating the juggle of career and motherhood with curiosity and honesty, and feels incredibly grateful to be raising her daughter and son alongside her husband.
