Marcia spent over 10 years working in Financial Services as a relationship and programme manager focusing on FinTech, notably at Bloomberg and BlackRock.

Following the birth of her daughter in 2020, Marcia was promoted to Director – Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East and Africa at BlackRock.

Since having her second child she moved back into the industry she loves, music. Marcia is now Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Emerging Markets at Warner Music Group.

She feels very blessed to be mama to her darling daughter and son, alongside her husband.
