We are hiring: Volunteer Recruitment Manager

Do you enjoy working alongside people from multiple generations, backgrounds and faiths?

Have you previously worked in the recruitment sector, perhaps in the public or third sector and are now looking to use your skills working alongside volunteers?

Are you passionate about tackling child poverty and motivated by Little Village’s values of Love, Solidarity, Thriving and Sustainability? Do you believe in our model of bringing families together to help each other? Would you enjoy working in the agile environment of a small, ambitious organisation?

We think that this job requires between 28-35 hours per week, but we’re open to discussions about flexibility. The salary is £34,505 FTE per annum and the successful applicant will require a DBS check.
