In this role, you’ll play a vital role in welcoming new volunteers into the village. From reviewing applications and coordinating onboarding, to arranging training and first shifts – you’ll be the first point of contact, making people feel valued and ready to get started.
We’re a fast-paced team where no two days are the same, but that’s what makes it exciting. We’re on a mission to “Grow our Village” and alongside our Volunteer Recruitment Manager, this role sits central to that.
You’ll work closely with different teams to make sure people are placed in the right roles, supporting sites across our network. So, it requires someone who is highly organised, people-focused and thinks creatively.
No experience in volunteering is needed, simply a passion for tackling child poverty and creating pathways for people from all walks of life.
This role is more than just administration – it’s about building relationships and community.
We think that this job requires between 28-35 hours per week, but we’re open to discussions about flexibility. The salary is £30,385 FTE per annum and the successful applicant will require a DBS check.
