At the heart of Little Village is the regifting of pre-loved baby equipment, clothes and toys onto other families.  We’re looking to recruit for a Warehouse Manager to support and manage the team and the operation of our warehouse processing and quality checking up to 6 tonnes of incoming second-hand donations each week. They will help us to improve and refine warehouse processes and systems.

The  Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient management and control of the warehouse operation. They will support the operational function of Little Village ensuring we have effective stock control with the right levels and right type of stock to meet the needs of families we support across the network, and that legislative requirements are met. They will also work with the Hub Managers to ensure the hubs receive a streamlined service of support with stock and will take a strategic role in helping us to refine warehouse processes and systems to ensure efficiency and a positive experience for visitors and volunteers.

We think that this job requires 35 hours per week, but we’re open to discussions about flexibility. The role is working from our warehouse in Wandsworth, but you will be expected to visit our sites and work with the teams across London on a regular basis. The salary is £38,000 (FTE) and the successful applicant will require a DBS check.
