Welcome to our Winter Warmers appeal. As temperatures drop, we’re stepping up to ensure that families with babies and young children across London have the essentials they need to stay warm. From winter coats and pramsuits to blankets and boots, our appeal is asking families to donate their pre-loved items and so we can pass them on to children who need them, ready for the cold months ahead.

Winter warmers allow children to have fun outdoors – whether that’s jumping in puddles, crunching through leaves or simply heading out without the worry of the cold.

With the juggle of heating, housing and other rising costs, winter is especially challenging for the families we support. With your help, Little Village can provide families with the essential things they need to keep their kids cosy. Please join us in spreading the warmth this season!

Why donate? Meet Teesha…

“Receiving a winter coat and some shoes from Little Village was more than just getting a piece of clothing for my child; it was a lifeline. I was worried sick about how I could afford to keep my kids warm this winter but knowing there are people out there who care and are willing to help made me feel less alone. It took such a weight off my shoulders, both emotional and financially, and allowed me to focus on being a mum, rather than stressing over every penny.”

If you are able to help, there are lots of ways to donate:

  1. Drop off: Visit one of our Little Village hubs in Camden, Tooting, Wembley or Wandsworth.
  2. By post: Pack your goodies and send them to us.
  3. Collection: Perfect for a big collection or bigger kit items like beds and prams, use our London wide collection service.

And if you don’t have items to donate, a cash donation of £10 or more can help us get those items delivered safely to more families.
