We’ve grown to be one of the largest ‘baby banks’ in the UK, with over 50 employees supporting more than 25,000 children since we launched in 2016 – including more than 8,000 children in 2023 alone. 

We are now recruiting for an Evening and Saturday Session Lead at our Little Village site in Camden. As a Session Lead, you’ll manage a team of volunteers to ensure the session runs smoothly and aligns with Little Village values. You’ll help make sure tasks are completed and the hub is ready for the next day’s activities.  You’ll be passionate about tackling child poverty and motivated by our values of love, solidarity, thriving and sustainability. 

The salary is £25,539 (FTE) gross per annum, or £14.03 per hour, and the role will be offered on a permanent contract basis. The successful candidate will require a DBS check.
